This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Elite Partner Program application process, Partner dashboard, email, phone, text messages, and other communications related to your participation in our program. By using our Services or participating in the Elite Partner Program, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We collect several types of information from and about Partners who use our Services, including:

Personal Information: First name, last name, phone number, email address, company/brokerage name, real estate license number (optional but preferred), where you are licensed or currently active state, how long you have been in real estate, how you currently generate new buyer leads, what time you are available for a call.

Automatically Collected Information: When you access our Services, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates/times of your visits.

Communication Records: Records of your communications with us, including emails, phone calls, text messages, and interactions through our Partner dashboard.

Client Referral Information: Information about clients you refer to United Direct Lending for mortgage services.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:

  • Process and evaluate your Elite Partner Program application
  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
  • Communicate with you about your account, program updates, and client referrals
